the representative body for the 46 Australian commercial growers of Australian Mushrooms.

White Buttons, Cups and BBQ Flats, as well as Swiss Brown and Portobello are all the SAME mushroom?
These are the Agaricus Bisporus variety. The only difference between the mushrooms, is the colour and when they are harvested.
This event is partially funded through the Hort Innovation Mushroom Fund, using the Mushroom marketing levy. Hort Innovation is the grower-owned, not-for-profit research and development corporation for Australian horticulture.
